1. Cancellations and Refunds
1.1. Customer Cancellations:
1.1.1. Cancellations Before 30 Days: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date of the tour, accommodation, or other purchased service will be fully refunded.
1.1.2. Cancellations Between 59 and 31 Days: Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days before the start date of the tour will incur a 50% penalty of the program cost, plus US $25 administrative fee.
1.1.3. Cancellations Within 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the tour, accommodation, or other purchased service will not be refunded and will incur a 100% penalty.
1.2. Cancellations by Inka’s Network Adventure:
1.2.1. In the event of cancellation by Inka’s Network Adventure due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political movements, accidents, or other events beyond our control, we will offer full refunds or alternative available tours, subject to availability and agreement with the customer.
2. Refund Process
2.1. Refunds will be processed within 45 business days of the cancellation request, using the same payment method used for the original booking, or by mutual agreement with the customer.
2.2. To initiate the refund process, customers must contact Inka’s Network Adventure via email at travel@inkanetadventure.com, providing booking details and the cancellation request.

3.1. Unused Products: For any unused and eligible product or service, customers must notify Inka’s Network Adventure within 15 days from the original start date of the service. Returns are subject to evaluation and may be subject to administrative charges.
3.2. Damaged or Defective Products: In case of receiving damaged or defective products, customers must inform Inka’s Network Adventure immediately upon receipt. An appropriate solution will be provided, which may include product replacement, credit, or refund as necessary.
