Machupicchu 2 Days & 1 Night

1st Day
Cusco – km 104 – Chachabamba – Wiñaywayna – Intipunku – Machupicchu – Aguas Calientes town

Pick up from the hotel at 5.30 in the morning to go to the train station in Poroy and embark to 104 km or Chachabamba where it’s the check point and beginning of the Inka Trail where you have to show your original passports and start hiking uphill enjoying the landscape of the jungle or beginning of the Amazonas for approximately 3 and half hours until Wiñaywayna archaeological group which is located at 2700 meters above sea level. and continue the walk for 1hour and 30 minutes to the the sun gate (inti punku) from where you can see the Machupicchu Inka city for first time.

2nd Day
Aguas Calientes town – Machupicchu – Aguas Calientes town – Cusco

After breakfast in the hotel, we will go to the bus station to go to the Inka city of Machu Picchu for approximately 30 minutes and visit the Inka city and have the tour for approximately 2 and half hours and then we have free time to explore the Inka city and Then descend back to the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch and return by train to Cusco city.
